Replacement Parts

Missing or damaged parts can be replaced by calling Sanus Accents customer service at 1-800-359-5520. Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. In order to qualify for replacement parts, products must have been purchased from an authorized Sanus Accents dealer or directly from Sanus Accents.

In order to ensure prompt service and replacement, please be prepared with your product model number and the specific missing part(s). To ensure accuracy, please have installation instructions nearby.
