What is Tilting?
For 32" – 80" flat-panel TVs
The SANUS Accents PLA50 is a tilting wall mount for 32" – 80" flat-panel TVs up to 130 lbs. Reduce glare and find the perfect viewing angle with Virtual Axis™ technology, which allows effortless tilt motion with the touch of a finger. Flush design allows the PLA50 to sit just 1.95" from the wall to maximize the sleek, thin look of the TV. Powder-coated heavy-gauge steel construction provides strength and durability. TV brackets can slide left or right on the wall plate after mounting to ensure it is perfectly positioned, even with off-center wall studs. Simplistic
I have wall mounted many televisions in my career. This mount is great if you can find it on sale. The installation is straight forward. Don’t expect the screws to fit, as there are just too many variances to cover. You might get lucky as I did. There are level adjustment screws on top of the mount. Very nice feature. The pulls to unlock the mount almost require a second set of hands. Overall this a very good tilting wall mount.

Standard Sanus Wall Mount
I've had three tilting Sanus wall mounts including this one. The first two were very expensive ($130 each) and purchased from major appliance stores. This one was the "Accent" model from Target. It is a bit lighter weight, same wall plate, and significantly easier to install with the auto-latch on the bottom that snaps into place. All of that for half the price of the original tilting mounts.
All three of the Sanus mounts I've used had the same screw kits and spacers (including this Accent version). I've used them on a Samsung Plasma 50", Sharp LCD 52", and now LG OLED 65" TV. No issues on any of them.
This model sits very close the wall (good look, but no space to reach behind the TV). Plug all of your cords in before hanging the TV or you won't be able to hook it up.

Screws don't fit
As others noted here, the supplied screws were too short or too long. I used a coping saw and cut the spacers and made them work. Now, trying to mount, and on the SANUS height finder, it does not list this mount model in the SANUS site. Not impressed.
