TV mount is level but TV is not
I mounted the wall bracket and checked it fir level. However, the mounted 55” Samsung TV is about a quarter bubble out of level. Customer service suggest that I remove the TV and try tightening or loosing the screws. There is no fine tuning screw for the TV mount that other brands have.
Also the TV didn’t come with the correct screws for my TV. You have to call customer service to get the right ones shipped to you.

Missing Items!
Seemed like a great replacement mount for my tv in our new house, our old one was fine but couldn't line studs up to holes in bracket hence buying this one. Paid about a $100 bucks for it so I expected it should have everything I needed. Well, sort of. Those 2 10-32 screws that help keep the tv anchored to the mount were not in the box! I looked all over the place for a replacement set so I wouldn't have to drive the 20 mile round trip just for that. Nope, had to just rely on the top hook portion which I guess should be ok for a day until I can find some new screws for this thing. Better yet, it's going to go back! First AND last time buyer, the mount I had prior only ran about $60 bucks and it had all of the items in the box needed, go figure!
